The big difference between SunBay Resort and the chain hotels on Lake Hamilton is the fully equipped kitchen, full-size refrigerator, and dining room. Plus many of our rentals have a fireplace, balconies overlooking the lake, washer-dryers, and are much more spacious. In this regard, we more closely resemble vacation rental by owner (“VRBO”) property.
However, unlike vacation rentals by owner, SunBay Resort has a full-time manager, front-desk staff, and full-time maintenance and flexibility to stay only 1 night. In this regard we are more like the large hotel chains. Should something go wrong, our staff is there to help.
